We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with 20 locs per package. Once shipped please send us your tracking number so we can track your package and handle your return as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and the status of approval or rejection of your return. Returns and exchanges will be rejected if inspection shows signs of not meeting our criteria. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Any return not meeting the criteria will be returned to you.
Exchanges meeting the criteria will be processed and you will be charged for delivery before the order goes out.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on your financial institution a return credit can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week to process. We have no control over that process. If you haven’t received a refund within 4 days of us issuing the credit back to your card, contact your financial institution. If your bank is not showing the credit pending after 4 days please contact us at email@example.com.
